Linking Documents to Contacts

- When you first upload the document on to the system you are able to Link it to a customer Contact record.
- To add a document to a Contact, go to File Manager, search for the relevant document then click on the file name to open it.

- Click on the Edit Contacts tab then search for the Contact Name. Select the contact by ticking the box in the list of Available Contacts. The document is then added to their contact record.

If you want to link a document while you are looking at a Contact record, take the following steps instead.
- In the tabbed section of the Contact record, click the Documents tab.
- Select which document you wish to link from the drop down menu and then click the blue Link this Document button.
