• You may not have enough storage space. With each different account type there is a different limit for the amount of space that you get, if you are having issues loading in documents, please check that you have adequate space when in the File Manager tool.
• It may be that it is the wrong file type. For security, you can only upload certain types of document to the File Manager.
• The following kinds of document are valid to upload, as are several others:

.jpg, .jpeg

.pdf

.doc, .rtf

.ppt (Powerpoint)

.csv (Excel)

• You cannot upload files of the following type as they may contain malicious code:

.exe

.zip
